They are right, Chris Farley in his movies is annoying. He just creams and shakes and runs. But Chris on SNL was a beast. FAR better on the show than in any of his movies.

Kicking and Screaming is very underrated. Very sweet and smart. Pretty funny too.

Happy Gilmore being on this list is an embarrassment. The movie is widely regarded as a classic, and Sandler's best comedy. I still see people referencing it all the time. People use the Bob Barker fight scene in memes constantly. A popular streamer I follow has a Happy Gilmore emote for his chat, and the stream has nothing to do with movies.

I absolutely never understood Chris Farley. John Belushi could be funny or spastic; he could also act against type. I had reservations about Belushi but saw his talent. Farley just seemed like a guy pursuing desperate laughs and a major coronary.

There are multiple reviews here where Gene's bemoaning the fact that movies aren't depicting an ideal world. Of course, an ideal world would be the least realistic (since humans are imperfect) and boring (since great stories have a strong central conflict) premise of all.
